Guest：This was our first full family vacation as an adult family. My youngest child of 4 being 20 and the oldest 27. We brought their significant others for a total of 9 on the trip. Casa Big Games was beyond our wildest dreams. The home had everything we can ever need, meticulously appointed and tasteful in every room! We spent the most time on the back patio pool side, playing board games, ping pong and all around great family fun! Harold Guerrero, our concierge, was AMAZING!! He was available to us well beyond the time we would have expected, he replied promptly and solved even the smallest of issues happily. They coordinate your every need and make your visit seamless. Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

Guest：This was a trip for the books...most definitely one of the best trips ever! We arrived in Costa Rica at Villa Frazier and Nancy with HRG Vacations was there waiting for us. She just made us feel so welcome and at ease and updated us on all the excursions she had set up for us! We met Harold with HRG Vacation rentals the next day for our planned trip to Tortuga Island and Los Vivos. It was like a dream...so beautiful and Harold was there with us the whole time to make sure things went just as planned! We all felt like princesses! Nancy and Harold gave recommendations for amazing restaurants and things to do our whole stay and were never more than a call away. We are so thankful to them for making sure our trip was perfect! Can't wait to go back!
